Graham is a senior leader with a blue-chip background and is well established as a successful consultant, coach & mentor. During his career has worked with both household name brands (including PepsiCo, Marston’s, Nestle, Twinings, Weight-Watchers & Scan Foods.
Married with two grow-up sons, Graham is a Law graduate who has followed a classic career encompassing field sales, national accounts & senior leadership roles across a broad spectrum of the food and drinks industry. He has successfully negotiated terms agreements, promotions and JBPs with some of the biggest customers in grocery and convenience channels as well as securing major supply deals in food manufacturing, foodservice and the licensed trade.
More importantly in Graham’s world has been the development of people he has worked with as a trainer, manager, coach and mentor – many of whom have gone on to build careers up to c-suite level. Leading numerous teams varying from 2 or 3 members to over 90, has given him the platform to coach, guide & mentor hundreds of individuals, providing an excellent platform for his chosen focus on coaching and mentoring in the most recent part of his career.
