Graham is a senior leader with a blue-chip background and is well established as a successful consultant, coach & mentor. During his career has worked with both household name brands & start-ups across the world.

A Law graduate who has followed a classic business career encompassing field sales, national accounts & senior leadership roles across a broad spectrum of the food and drinks industry before setting out to share his expertise with clients through his own management consultancy

Graham, or “Stonny” as he is known by many, has a passion for the development of people – those he has worked with as a trainer, manager, coach and mentor have gone on to build rewarding careers up to c-suite level. He has led teams varying from 2/3 members to >90 which has provided the platform to hone his natural people skills and establish his own coaching style.

In addition, through volunteering and helping in the ‘third sector’ Graham continues to bring his skills and interest in people to benefit the next generation and was a founder member of the advisory board of the charity ‘Working Options in Education’

Helping clients to confidently identify how to work towards being the best they can be in the way that they want to be is central to Graham’s coaching philosophy and propelled by his belief in his own continuous development he recently completed his Level 7 Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of West England and has qualified to become a member of the Institute of Leadership
