Chinwe Grace Osuagwu is the founder and CEO of Trusted Teams, Inc., a leadership and team development coaching firm. For the past 24 years, Chinwe has been successfully serving global corporations, non-profit organizations, hospitals, educational institutions, governmental agencies and entrepreneurs. In this time span, she has had a transformational impact on over 500 leaders and teams.

Over the course of her twenty four year career, Chinwe has been fascinated with what makes teams work, she is an expert in interpersonal dynamics that foster productive team environments. Chinwe constantly analyzes the challenges facing teams so that she can identify points of contention, remove barriers to communication and ultimately facilitate peak performance.

She is an alumna of University of Rochester and State University of NY at Buffalo. Chinwe started her career as an Information Technology Consultant and made the transition to a Leadership and Team Development Coach in 2001, after completing a 9-month Organizational Development & Coaching Professional Certificate Program at George Mason University.

Chinwe is the creator of TRUSTED, an experiential program for growing rock-solid leaders and co-hosts Leaders Fireside Chat, a weekly podcast that provides insight on sustaining leadership greatness. She is presently writing her first book, 52 Questions Every Leader Should Ask Each Year To Lead with Undeniable Purpose, Passion, Power and Peace, which is due to be published in the summer of 2018.
