Alan Fawcett
Senior consultant, Performance Works International
With over 30 years of sales, management and product marketing experience, I am passionate about the people and process involved in identifying and solving customers problems. Providing training, coaching and mentorship to front line sales people and account managers through to Senior Leaders and Executives, I base my approach and programs around ‘creating connections that count’. Known for my approach in developing sales, management and leadership capability, I have focused on working with individuals, groups and organisations to pursue their full potential.
Having worked with global corporations and entrepreneurs around the world in the Financial Services, Telecoms and Technology, Construction, Health and Wellness, Automotive and Retail sectors, my clients have gained clarity and improved performance, through a focused approach on the value they add in each interaction with their customers.
Fascinated by personal development and always curious, I have conducted in excess of 100 recorded interviews with business leaders, entrepreneurs, film makers, sports people and Olympic athletes, that have been listened to by thousands across more than 80 countries around the world. These insights have supported the development of programs and a coaching approach that have continued to receive positive response and outcomes for my clients.
The future of sales is changing. The consumers of our products and services are changing, and therefore the sales person of the future will need to know, understand and do what it takes to stay connected with their customers. That is where I can help.
Remember, “your best customer is your competitors hottest prospect” (and vice versa), so are you doing what it takes to keep or get that customer through the value that you provide?
